This page explains how FerruleX handles information you send through the website contact / RFQ form.
What we collect
When you request a quote we receive the details you type — typically name, company, email, phone and the technical fields of your RFQ (sizes, materials, quantity, destination).
How we use it
We use inquiry data only to reply with quotations, clarify specifications and fulfill orders. We do not sell your contact list.
Retention
RFQ correspondence is kept as long as needed for quoting, order history and legal record-keeping, then deleted or archived under our internal schedule.
