Description
Ferrules bite and seal on tube OD inside a double-ferrule nut. FerruleX stocks stainless ferrules for instrumentation tube in SS304/SS316. Match the ferrule to the tube OD and the nut series — mixing brands risks leaks. Quote OD and series with the rest of the compression BOM.
Tell FerruleX the size, grade and quantity on the RFQ. Stocked catalog lines ship after quote confirmation; custom dimensions need a drawing.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
