Description
Male-female elbow adapters turn 90° while changing thread gender or standard in one stainless body. FerruleX SS304/SS316 fittings mix NPT/G/metric pairs for tight machine frames that need both direction change and conversion. They save a hose bend radius and an extra adapter stack. Both thread codes plus the elbow orientation note belong on the RFQ. FerruleX quotes stocked and special elbows from the factory for export OEM programs. Make up the fixed port before the hose end so the elbow does not clock wrong under torque.
Elbow adapters can clock wrong if you tighten the wrong end first — make up the fixed port before the hose end. Watch overall height when the elbow sits under a cover. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
