Description
Male-female straight stainless steel needle valves meter while bridging dissimilar threaded ports on one body. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L valves list both thread codes on the RFQ for retrofits between valves, gauges and adapters. Fine stem adjustment remains the control method. Straight pattern keeps the stack short. FerruleX factory quotes cover stocked and special male-female needle combinations for export OEM work. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
