Description
Straight compression-end stainless steel ball valves isolate instrumentation and process lines with a quarter-turn and low pressure drop. FerruleX builds SS304/SS316/SS316L bodies with double-ferrule ports matched to your tube OD, typically near 1000 PSI with HP series available. Panels, pneumatic lines and process skids use the straight pattern when flow should stay on axis. No elbow is buried in the valve, so Cv stays high for the tube size. Send tube OD, seat material and quantity to FerruleX for a factory RFQ — stocked sizes ship fast. Operate fully open or closed; throttling on a ball seat shortens seat life quickly.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
