Description
Compression cross fittings give four double-ferrule ports for intersecting instrumentation lines on one stainless body. FerruleX crosses in SS316/SS316L/SS304 cover OD 3–25 mm / 1/8"–1", equal or reducing. Calibration benches, multi-leg sample systems and complex manifolds use crosses instead of stacked tees. Expect about 1000 PSI on standard bodies. Confirm all four OD values on the FerruleX RFQ so reducing ports land on the correct legs before machining. Support nearby tubing; a cross should not be the only structural member in the manifold. A cross concentrates stress at the center; support nearby tubing so the fitting is not the only structural member. Bleed and plug unused ports rather than leaving open ferrule pockets that collect debris. FerruleX can supply reducing crosses with two large and two small ports when the P&ID shows that split.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
