Description
A compression straight union joins two equal tube ends with double ferrules and no weld bead in the line. FerruleX unions run SS316/SS316L/SS304 across OD 3–25 mm and 1/8"–1" for instrumentation and light process tubing. Inline repairs, skid tubing and analyzer runs stay demountable for future instrument swaps. Working pressure typically sits near 1000 PSI; HP series are available when the tube rating supports them. Quote tube OD and alloy preference to FerruleX — stocked unions ship fast on export RFQs. Leave straight tube beyond each nut so ferrules seat without fighting a nearby bend.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
