FerruleX supplies SS304/SS316 corrugated tube in OD Φ6–Φ100; finished ends can be added on RFQ or left open. Fabricators who own weld cells buy blanks; plants that want finished hose should see the threaded/flanged hose SKUs. Length and OD drive the quote. Ask FerruleX for blank or finished options on the same factory RFQ. Specify end caps for export if open corrugated blanks ship internationally without finishing. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
