Description
Female-thread stainless steel check valves protect pumps, gauges and process branches from backflow on NPT, G or metric ports. FerruleX machines SS304, SS316 and SS316L bodies for 1/8"–1" and M10–M24 threads. Catalog pressure is about 2000 PSI at room temperature. Use this style when both sides of the line are already threaded and a compression ferrule would only add joints. Arrow direction is part of the order — state it on the RFQ with thread standard and quantity. Stocked threads ship from the factory without a cart checkout. Do not use a check valve as the only isolation point; add a ball valve upstream if the element must come out.
Thread sealant belongs on the male mating part, not inside the female check-valve bore, or it can foul the poppet. Confirm whether the line needs a soft seat or a metal seat before FerruleX releases the lot. Cracking pressure is quoted, not assumed from the catalog pressure rating.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
