Description
Flanged hex head plugs combine wrench flats with a flange stop for hydraulic and pneumatic blocks that want a shouldered blank. FerruleX machines SS304/SS316 stainless steel pipe fittings in common NPT/G/metric threads. The flange helps operators feel full make-up without guessing depth in a deep port. Stocked threads support fast factory shipping after RFQ. List thread and alloy preference for FerruleX; call out special flange OD when the pocket is nonstandard. Start the plug by hand before wrenching so the shoulder finds the seat without cross-threading.
Shouldered plugs are harder to cross-thread if you start them by hand before applying the wrench. If the flange must seal metal-to-metal, keep the face free of sealant blobs that hold it off the seat. FerruleX can etch thread size on the hex for cribs that mix many plugs in one drawer.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
