Description
Square head plugs blank female ports when high seating torque and a square drive are preferred on heavy equipment. FerruleX SS304/SS316 stainless steel pipe fittings cover common plug threads for process valves and large blocks. The square head takes a wrench securely when hex heads round off under abuse. Permanent or semi-permanent blanks are the usual duty. Quote thread size to FerruleX on a factory RFQ; stocked plugs ship fast. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
