Description
Forged compression elbows start from a forged blank for higher mechanical toughness on instrument turns. FerruleX forges and machines SS316/SS316L/SS304 double-ferrule elbows for OD 3–25 mm / 1/8"–1". Marine skids, petrochemical trees and mobile equipment that shake continuously prefer forged bodies over light bar-stock elbows. Standard pressure is about 1000 PSI with HP series available. Ask FerruleX for forged elbows by tube OD on the RFQ; stocked sizes support fast delivery. Forge heat numbers can be stamped when your inspector requires them on the packing list.
Forged grain flow helps when fittings see repeated vibration that fatigues lighter bodies. It does not replace proper tube support clips along the run. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
