Description
Forged compression stainless steel needle valves use a forged blank for metering service that sees vibration. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L valves keep double-ferrule ends for marine and mobile analyzer packages. Fine stem control remains the point; the forge body adds mechanical toughness around that stem. Tube OD and forge callout belong on the RFQ. FerruleX quotes forged compression needle valves from stocked blanks when OD matches, else OEM. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
