Description
Weld-end stainless steel needle valves create permanent metering points on process tubing that cannot use demountable ferrules. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L valves follow weld prep details on your RFQ for skids that ban tube fittings at the valve. Stem metering stays fine; only the ends change to weld. Custom weld ends are OEM after drawing review. Attach weld sketches and size to the FerruleX factory RFQ. Protect seats from weld heat with purge and cooling so the needle still meters smoothly. Keep seats cool during welding; a warped needle seat will never meter smoothly afterward. If future maintenance must remove the valve, reconsider a compression or threaded needle instead. FerruleX caps weld ends for clean arrival on export shipments. If future service must remove the valve, reconsider compression ends instead of permanent welds.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
