Description
Push-in quick-screw stainless steel tube fittings speed tube install on air and water lines without flare tools. FerruleX covers OD 4–16 mm and 1/8"–1/2" in SS304/SS316/SS316L: insert the tube, seat fully, then tighten the nut. Pneumatic cabinets, cooling loops and OEM machines that change tubing often favor this style over full compression. Working pressure is about 1000 PSI when tube and nut are correctly matched. Send your tube OD list to FerruleX for a factory RFQ; stocked sizes ship fast. Do not reuse a nut that was over-tightened onto scored tube — grab quality suffers.
Quick-screw joints forgive soft tube better than double-ferrule bites, but they still need a square cut and full insertion depth. Do not reuse a nut that has been over-tightened onto scored tube. FerruleX can kit elbows and tees with the same OD on one RFQ for a complete pneumatic panel.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
