Description
Push-to-connect bulkhead fittings pass soft tube through a panel with a locknut and push-in ports on the tube side. FerruleX SS304/SS316 bulkheads suit enclosure walls on pneumatic OEM equipment in the push-in OD series. This is a tube-fittings bulkhead, not a compression bulkhead — use compatible tube only. Panel thickness and OD belong on the RFQ. FerruleX stocks common push-in bulkheads for fast factory delivery after quote. Tighten the bulkhead nut to the panel before inserting tube to avoid twisting the ring. Tighten the bulkhead nut to the panel before inserting tube so you do not twist the grab ring. If the cabinet is washed down, confirm gasket needs under the locknut face. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
